Front Snap Kick Extention 400

The underutilized but now current favorite for some MMA fighters… The Front Snap Kick! This is one of the first kicks anyone in martial arts usually learns but it is typically overshadowed by the more flashy and popular kicks. The ones that look cool like Round House Kick. Use it wisely and it can be a great strike!

Now that you have the basic steps, you must practice them and refine your technique. Get those motor skills programmed in and fine tune the mechanics.
